TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They are hardly in the shop you have to wait an hour + for them to return. Their Cartridges that I received was Faulty, I requested a refund after driving up and down for 7 days trying other cartridges of theirs which was Original according to the lady working there. I have requested a refund a week ago, they told me they will do an EFT, which I still haven't received.I would not recommend this place at all.

Extremely bad service. Could not get the toner to work in my printer. They keep on saying they do not do refunds but their products do not work. Even their head office doesn't return calls or help to solve problems. Won't recommend at all, not even in an emergency situation.

I bought cartridges and returned them the same day on the 02 Aug 2018 I gave in my banking details and left thinking I would get my refund. Very mistaken. Up until today and numerous very rude telephone conversations I have had no luck. I am not giving up and want my refund
