Lenasia VW

Bad service from service manager. His is not qualified to be in that position. He makes assumptions and does not have any clue on vehicle issues. He refuses to fix the problem. I will never take my vehicle back their. The problem was escalated to vw head office and it was never resolved. VW lenasia time wasters, unprofessional and useless.

Sales people are so welcoming

The service is brilliant,after servicing your car they wash it spotless.The staff is very friendly and helpful and they really take extra care of you and your car,also provide shuttle service if need be...

Morning,I am very pleased to say there is still excellent customer service levels within the country. I had an issue with the sun roof of my vehicle and made a call to VW Lenz. I was assisted by Abdullah who advised to bring the vehicle in immediately even though there was no appointment. Nevertheless, the vehicle was taken in and unfortunately could not be an easy fix, and the vehicle had to remain with them. I received follow ups on the progress and whist the vehicle was there they completed the service which was going to be due as well. After few days I visited the workshop and was then assisted by Aadil (Service manager) and Mark (Parts Manager) who assured me the vehicle will be sorted out as they needed to strip the roof in determining the issue. A day later I was informed the vehicle has been sorted out and all in order. The service and updates received was phenomenal and really appreciated. Furthermore, As you enter the premises you feel the warmth and friendliness from the receptionist to any member passing you. Lastly a special thank you to uncle Hassen(parts) who for years and years will always goes the extra mile for the customers. May the Almighty reward them all and thank you to all involved and definitely recommend Lenasia VW.

Recently I purchased a brand new t cross.. The price is unbeatable.. The service is extremely excellent.. The stuff are very polite..the managers is up to the stask..
