Very helpful staff, although their product knowledge is a little limited. More geared towards construction and not so much home hardware. However considering the location, it's a good option for the basics.

A really good building material supplier. But go to Brights down the road if you don't want to get you car really filthy. No parking shade or paved road to the entrance of the shop.

The paint guy was telling the woman at the till that she must massage his elbow for him and yet he couldn’t help us when it came to finding the paint we needed. Very unhappy. Will rather go to brights next time.

Not worthy even 1 star. Provided their team with detail drawing for pergola. I was assured that the wood will be cut as per drawings. Thus what i see on the drawing is what we will recieve. We placed the order in good faith only to recieve the materials not cut as promised. This is very disappointing. Imagine buying a burger from what you see and then recieve a square bread only to be told you have to cut the burger in a sircular form yourself. We will take this up with the Consumer Protection agency. Paid for a bunch of planks a pritty penny
