The Service I received over the last 2 weeks was terrible. They were delayed with everything and the staff were not the friendliest. Very disorganized. Very disappointing because in the past I had found them to be helpful with a quick turnaround but something has changed now.

They lie just as bad as the head office does...They'll give you incorrect updates on your device being 'repaired' or 'undergoing repairs', MEANWHILE - no repairs have been done at all. Not even the parts were booked and yet they will look you in the eye and say 'the parts have been ordered'

They are very slow, and mumble at you. I find this particular vodacom shop staff very lazy and they can see you sitting waiting, but they walk around and chat to each other first. There are 1 or 2 that are very helpful and friendly, but the rest,just rude.

Vodacom Newmarket is pathetic especially if you get assistance from Pele. I wanted to upgrade and she desperately wanted to go home so she almost upgraded me on a strangers details. After 2 days (friday & saturday morning) of struggling i was fed up and decided to cancel my contract.
