Ultra slow service 15 mins to fetch stuff out the back.. My builder came in to order stuff telling them I would be there in an hour to pay. They sold some of it in the interim. Stock is from the previous century.

Have found what I was looking for virtually every time. Staff very efficient and happy to assist with knowledge or ordering of items not in stock.

I give them a 2 star because they do have almost everything atleast to order. But still it's just a nightmare to go there. First the service, particularly because of the service from some of the staff. They sitting there behind the high counter starring at the computer pretending not to see you. If I didn't have honesty I would walk in and just grab things and walk out lol. Second because of the system they use. Order, get a number, go and pay and after that see what you paid for....???? almost every time something gets wrong and then it takes another 30 minutes to return money and redo the entire process again...
