I called the receptionist to consult about pregnancy, and was told to book and bring proof of residence, i did exactly that, when i went there today I was told to book for an appointment, but I had already done that, what hurts me the most is that the other nurse was willing to squeeze me in, but her colleague saidits a Friday "there were already too many people on the list mind you they were only 5 people on that appointment book. Imagine going there and not being assisted at all. Mxm"

Terrible service. No order. Now there’s an appointment system it’s even worse. The sisters are walking up and down showing to be busy but it’s us they are paid to be busy with. They have an attitude when you question the time spent waiting

This clinic has always been providing a great service but the lack of nurses has hampered service delivery. When I asked why there is a shortage of nurses I was told that the municipality said it will not employ nurses due to lack of budget. So the municipality is failing this clinic, they would rather employ traffic cops than medical personnel.
