New Receptionist (Prinita) is amazing - professional, friendly and reliable.

Not professional, undermining people, I always wait for hours putting their people first not happy at all with the service

I would recommend Dr Nagar, not only because he's most caring,skilled and knowledgeable. He is passionate and builds a relationship with his patients and very committed. My son was admitted at Garden City yet Dr Nagar still kept in touch with me despite my son was been treated by another Dr at the hospital. Dr Nagar checked in each day to see how my son condition was.I am so grateful to Dr Nagar and appreciate all the calls and messages.He is confident and committed.A superb Dr indeed!

My Family and I have been attended to by both Dr Esat and Dr Nagar, and have always been treated with so much care, empathy and show of support over the past 15 years. I have recommended the Drs to my extended family and will continue doing so. The front desk staff are just as brilliant, friendly and considerate.

I am totally disgusted with this Dr.I had an appointment with Dr Hansa the dentist for my 4yr old son (I made a booking last week as it was the soonest they could see me) This was actually a emergency but it could wait I guess. My appointment was at 16:30, I called at 3PM to ask If they could assist me sooner as my child is screaming of pain. 1st the receptionist told me she tried phoning me since the morning (TOTAL LIE) and then she said she just tried phoning me, they can't assist me. They will NEVER see me or a family member again. This is totally disgusting, I had to rush around at 3PM to look for a emergency appointment to accommodate my son!

Dr Nager is a good and friendly dr , he is worth visiting all the way from the North

Dr Nagar is the best doctor.Amazing in his care and takes the time to listen and give health advise.He gives honest feedback and solutions.He won’t waste time treating you for years without a resolution to the problem.He is truly amazing

Dr Esat is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is our family doctor from the time we relocated to Johannesburg 20 years ago.When my family got hit with the Delta variant of Covid in June last year, Dr Esat monitored us remotely the entire time. In doing so, she was able to get my husband and myself immediate help after our condition started deteriorating rapidly.

Went in with an emergency... My 3 year olds forhead was bust open and reception refused to let him see any of the doctors was turned away and told they were too busy....went to another doctor's room and he was seen to immediately and had stitches on forhead. You could be dying and they would turn you away because you didn't have an appointment. How could I have an appointment if I didn't know he was going to cut his forhead open. I'm extremely disappointed in the service from the receptionist in charge. My heart goes out to anyone that experience anything similar with these rooms. Thought there would be a little sympathy considering it was only a 3 year old.
