Printed our wedding bottle labels here, I am very happy with the services received! they labels came out better than expected. I don't know the lady that helped me, but thank you for suggesting sticker paper.

Disguised by the customer service received. Will never be using ever again

I called store requesting a print on pillowcase I advised upfront what I want an sent an email to my suprise it was not done as requested. I repeatedly asked person if we on same page and she said yes. I immediately mailed her after our conversation to reiterate what I want. . She sent me a sample, me thinking she still knows what I want because obviously she cannot send me pics of a pillowcase printed on both sides at once. Certain people should not take phone orders who are not able to deal with clients on phone or via email. I spoke to the individual who did not apologies and the owner who I had to tell u don't even say sorry or apologize as it was fault on your side. Will definitely not be using the service again. So dissatisfied and disappointed for the mere fact that no one had decency to Apologize upfront. They also have different information the one said you can print on both sides other one say u can't. The very person who told me we on same page tells me they can't after the error.... Added to that when my husband collected he had to wait because they forgot about him Comin to collect in their exact words.
