Arrrgh! I have spent since 09h00 this morning (it is now 13h49) trying to get my dad's account corrected (the bill keeps getting sent to the incorrect address so we miss the payment deadline and get cut off)... and no one answers our calls and the online service is non-existent for what it is worth!

Very horrible and pathetic service. I was at the door since 4:45pm. There were 3 people before me in line.At 6pm when I was surpose to be helped. The guy who is assisting said they cannot help me. I've been in store since 4:45pm. I left early at work to be there on time,yet when I got to the store. The staff are very unprofessional and very pathetic service as if they dnt want to work. Tomorrow I will go again to do a sim swap again and this time I will take pics of the people who are giving such a pathetic service. I would understand if I dnt get help if I was outside. I was already inside the store than Km told by your staff that its 6pm and they are going home?What a waste of time. Its pity the Vincent Telkom their system was down. I'm very disappointed. I hope tomorrow when I go there again there will be a change

Pathetic service on a Monday. Only one worker in front. Been waiting 2 hours in a queue. Telkom is quick to call when you don't pay, but sloppy when it comes to customer service.

Horrible service! Either staff are completely mis-informed or they're too lazy to do their job properly. I was told to return to the store in 6 weeks to cancel 3 contracts when I was willing to pay penalty fees. Tenielle refused to do that. When I returned, the contracts were all paid up. Then cancellation turned out to be a 1 month notice of cancellation, which could have been done 1 month before the contract was up. This is what Telkom staff told me. Such a waste of time. Now I must wait another month before I port the numbers. The only good thing about this is that I'll never have to deal with Telkom again. Thank goodness.

Very Very bad customer service....staff is chatting with each other....I was doing a sim swap on the other counter they turned away another customer saying the system is down while they do mine .....am terminating my contracts

So the manager Gloria is FORCING staff to perform illegal actions.They are not allowed to let people do their contact upgrade without taking out a new SIM only contract. They then tell customers to cancel the SIM only deal after 1 month.This is in fact stealing from their consumers in order to meet targets.I then went to another branch who processed the upgrade no problem and said that multiple customers have come to their store complaining about what hemmingways Telkom is doing.As this is serious misconduct, the owners need to deal with it asap.I have been a customer for years and have never dealt with such incompetence.King regardsMurray

I arrived after 3 at Telkom I was told the thumb system is not working , I left after 6 because I knew it was the only time I had to sort out my things…I hope something can be done regarding this system because time is money.The young lady(Tutu) who helped me was amazing but because of everything else I gave 3 in the in store rating which is very low but that 3 has nothing to do with her it has everything to do with my time wasted caused by the pathetic system!
