Excellent service. Paid the deposit on Thursday afternoon. Friday morning 10am the installers were at my house. Done professionally. Everything that was mounted he used a level. Did exactly what we wanted.

I want to commend Mikah Air for their great service, price and installation. From getting the best advice/prices from Brian and an excellent installation done my Eric I would highly recommend using them. It's refreshing to receive great service like this especially when there are tons of service providers who don't care about customer service. Well done guys!

Good price but very poor service. Extremely frustrating to deal with. Do not meet commitments on installation dates and times. They missed a total of 5 promised installation times before i actually got my air conditioner installed. Lied to me about having arranged the installation and when i spoke directly to the installer he told me they never even spoke to him. If i hadn't arranged it with the installer myself i would probably still be waiting. I won't deal with them again and unless you like being frustrated, neither should you.

Very happy with my Samsung Boracay installation. Went beyond to ensure the installation was done... even though the height was an issue. Thank you Trust and Brian

Good price but terrible service.Did not picth up for first installation and cancelled 10m prior to installation. On next date, they pitched up more than an hour late after i needed to fetch them from a service station - did not check address beforehand.Also forgets" to add things to quote and then charges this on final invoice for instance brackets if i especially asked for FULL installation.Installation neatness also not very good and i had to supply some tools and cable ties. I will need to tidy up some areas of the installation myself

Friendly installers and very efficient sales staff. They follow up and are very quick with the whole process.

Unprofessional and VERY arrogant!! Clearly this people don't want one's business. I was SO disappointed!!I would rather pay more for better service! Thanks for nothing

I've been trying to get hold of this company for some time now as I am interested in 2 units. As others have reviewed, poor feedback if any at all. I was promised a Representative to come and see me and its 2 weeks later with no success. Business must be good?

Well Priced, but Problematic Installation.I bought an LG M-Range 18000BTU Aircon from Mikah Air for the best price that I could find online.However, the installation was a frustrating mess.Within the first few days of using the aircon it started leaking water inside the house. This was due to the installer using a dirty used pipe for the drainage, that was blocked with mud. Surely an installer should not be using used, dirty material for a new installation??The unknown contents of the pipe caused the water to push back into the house, running down the wall and creating an eye-sore of a stain on the wall that I just cannot seem to remove.Unfortunately I am now left with the damage.The costing structure of the installation is also very confusing. Although you pay for the hardware and installation upfront, there are additional charges that get loaded on the day of installation (like for wiring, piping or something). My installation was a very simple back to back installation and the additional costs were over R300 (over and above the unit and installation costs).If you are considering installing the aircon yourself (or using another installer), then Mikah Air is an ideal option for purchasing the hardware.
