Poor customer service once you part with your money. Their systems are forever offline if you require a cash refund. Another excuse they love to give is that they do not have cash.Bad manager attitude unwilling to assist who sits on couch doing nothing the whole day. They take ages to deliver stock. Made a purchase on 17 December 2022 which I cancelled minutes later. Still haven't received assistance to date 10 January 2023 after making follow ups during entire period.Stay away from FAIR PRICE Moruleng to avoid stress!!

Price beat is a scam. They refused to beat the price without any reason. The manager just said no, didn't even care to explain the reason behind. He couldn't even face me. So rude.
