Do not even waste your time with this people. They do not know what they are doing. I asked them to supply a 20 mbs line. I only got between 4 and 6 mbs.Horrible service provider and a bad attitude towards the customers. They operate like a spaza shop.

Feedback and service extremely poor. Cannot get an answer about fibre going live in Malalane. Accepted the quote and paid first amount a month ago with weekly promises of next week.

Poor feedback and account management. Quality of network when on, is excellent but suffers from constant outages due to flat batteries on towers.

Worst customer care ever.We have been with Uniwisp for nearly 10 Years and dealt with quite a view issues when it comes to outages, service requests, account problems...But now after 12 days without internet connection they just send us a termination of service notice and offer us a satelite connection wher we must pay R 10.000 for installation - REALLY!!!!If you have the chance to get another provider - don´t use UNIWISP

Don’t even waste your time and money! They’re the worst service providers ever. Their network is a headache. It will literally disappear for days and they won’t even bother to let your know. When you call them to ask about it, they will pretend to send someone to fix it but nothing will change. Again.. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I've had the worst experience lately,recently moved to a new house uniwisp requested I pay for the new installation I did that on the 15th of July but up to date no wifi I've been sent from pillar to post uniwisp putting blame on dnatel and vice versa, it's been more than 30 days already and I'm expected to pay for services not rendered and still incur data charges, I am one unhappy customer.

I'm not getting my money's worth with this internet. It took the 4 and a half weeks to fix a network problem but it took Vodacom 2 days. The internet is extremely weak and it cuts out every two hours.
