Great brands, with a large variety of styles at really competitive prices. My only issue is that when buying online the packaging is horrid. I have purchased 3 times from this store via their online portal, the first time the watch had a scratch due to poor packaging, which I must add was quickly remedied, and was replaced. However my last purchase was again sent through in very questionable packaging, which again could have damaged the watch. I would strongly advise the management reconsider how they package their product.

Please don't purchase anything from here, They are scamming clients. They tell you their watches work, But they don't... you will waste your money on watches that doesn't work. If anyone can spread the bad services of this place please do so, One needs to stop people like this. Shame on you

Ordered a watch online in Feb. It arrived broken. Sent it back and asked for a refund. Well, its June now and still no refund. Will not buy again from Watch Republic.

When you take the time to enter a shop and view what they have to offer and the employees not only greet you with a fed-up attitude, but also mops over your feet as if you are in the way, one tends to feel unwelcome. It's a shame that their staff lacks drive and respect as it really takes away from their great offers.

Poor after sales service. Went in with a new Fossil watch we had just bought. The winder fell off. They wanted to sent it away for repairs which would take 6 to 8 weeks and why don't we buy another watch from them in the meantime? What a cheek.

Extreamly poor service , i went there to get my watch battery replaced and the rude woman at the tills told me that she cant replace my battery because she is allone in the shop and that her other staff member went shopping (during working hours ) i am very disappointed in the level of service recieved from watch republik , they couldent even great me , i said hello first and she kept looking at me like what do you want . I WILL NEVER RETURN FOR BUISINESS!!! Good luck

Not a bad store if you are looking to buy a watch. They have quite a large selection of watches. Bit disappointing that they couldn't repair my wife's Armani watch in the store. They said they would have to send it to Cape Town and the repairs would take 6 weeks. I would recommend you get a person that can service it in the store and market this. But as I said, if you are looking to buy a new watch they have a good selection.

The small metal rods that hold the metal strap bracelet together keep falling out, hence having my watch also fall on the ground. Good price trash quality and never reply to my emails, terrible customer service rather do not buy from them and save for a proper watch.
