Excellent service from Ashlen and team at Cell C Gateway. I have never met any member of staff who would go the extra mile for customers like he does. Keep up the excellent work and service ! Definitely the best Cell C store with the best service in KZN !

I was in-store on the 13th of March 2020 and i wanted a specific LG Handset after there being no stock available in the store the sales person i was dealing with (Deon) went out of his way to search for a handset in other stores just to make sure i was happy, on Saturday the 14th March as he promised he called me notifying me that he found a handset from one of the other stores and i actually went through and fetched my handset, very pleased with Deons service and well done to him for going out of his way just to make sure i was a satisfied Cell c customer.Outstanding Customer service

I have been stress out about my contract an I was trying to cancel it course I want to have a new contract. I went to Cell C store in Gateway an the consultant by the name of Ashlen Samuelshelped me a lot an he was pretty good good at his job an he took his time to resolve my issue. Keep up the good work
