Beautiful estate , with a small trail to walk your dogs. The view of the mountain is amazing. The people are also very friendly and welcoming.

Capolavoro Mountain Estate
One of my friends live in this mountain estate and I must say the view you get from these houses are breathtaking. All of these houses are nice and there are parks in the estate where the kids can play. I'd say the only downside is the fact that it's located in Kylemore, which isn't a very safe area, but the security is tight so crime in the estate is rare.

Not an Estate to live adjacent to the parks! It’s a nightmare for people working from home!! Although the rules stipulates no functions without approval of the trustees, the trustees are a law onto their own! If you are a public figure you are exempted from die Estate rules! Too many investors owning property and not involved as trustees. Stunning location! Poor management as washing hangs on the veranda’s. Bottom line, if you have SMALL children yes. If you are older wanting a tranquil environment with consistency in rules applied...... not the Estate to buy or rent!

Capolavoro Mountain Estate
Love our estate for the past 8 years since we moved here. Beautiful gardens, views and a true community of most neighbours caring for each other. The most excellent wine farms very close by and just 7 minutes from Stellenbosch. The management and caretaking of the estate is handled by a passionate team of people who volunteers their time and expertise. We thank you.

Capolavoro is a beautiful estate set in the Banhoek Valley outside Stellenbosch.Capolavoro Mountain Estate can be recommended to people that want to stay in a gated environment without rules and regulations being forced onto them, as the estate manager and trustees tend to look the other way.
