This is a fabulous hidden gem in Somerset West, beautifully decorated, lovely staff, anyways very welcoming. Great nail products, LCN, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and on top of all this you get a glass of MCC!

The owner of the business is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. There was an issue with a coupon that I received and my mother tried to sort it out by calling her back, but the owner was very defensive and eventually put the phone down on my mother, THE CUSTOMER. I feel very uncomfortable to go to this place to have a relaxing time due to this unnecessary tension. I have heard great things about the staff and service at this business, but I will not support it, because of the owners terrible people skills. I am still a child, however, I know that customers should not be dealt with in such a manner. I have heard that other customers have had the same problem with the owners attitude after experiencing this. I do not recommend this place, as it’s business model contradicts the customer service received. I am extremely disappointed.

Beautiful set up. Very friendly team with a ‘feel good’ experience all round.Excellent quality of LCN nails done by expert therapists.You have to stop by for the experience of a life time - even just for their signature relaxing pedicure.

This is an amazing salon, I highly recommend treating yourself and your loved ones for a treatment here. I had a vegan manicure done by Ruth, who is so lovely and professional.There is aircon and a relaxing atmosphere. Salon is clean and stylish. The owner is lovely and I really felt welcome. They offer you a welcome drink as you enter. This was my birthday spoil and they sang me happy birthday as well as a chocolate treat. I will definitely be back.Thank you so much. Truly enjoyed my experience.
