Went in to buy a necklace, got no greeting. Stood at the display for 5 minutes. Got no assistance. 2 sales persons rather chat away at the till point. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I’d rather buy from a different jewelry store.

Terrible service at this outlet, the store full of service ladies that always chat away and could careless about assisting clients,was the only client at the store for almost 10 min with about 6 staff & none cared to assist,walked out and got what I wanted at their competitor.Not their problem I gues,not their business they still get their salary whether I buy or not.

A very disappointing visit today. We were not informed of the ring sizing process. When going back to the store we were simply told that ring sizing was closed. No apology, just informed that it was a new consultant who helped us.Awaiting response from customer care.Response received and I was contacted by the manager who was very friendly and tried his best to help me. He sourced someone to make the ring smaller and he apologised for the error. He advised that it was a new sales consultant that might have forgotten about the procedure.I will go back to the store.

What a disappointment. Bought a ring from American Swiss Tygervalley on the 14th of Jan 2018. One and a half a week later the stone falls out i take it back on the Sunday 28th of Jan 2018 to get it fixed or replaced. The lady tells me that it will be done and fixed for me to collect by Friday the 2nd of Feb 2018. She never calls me so i ask my husband to go there an Friday to pick it up for me so she tells him. Sorry sir the ring is not ready yet we will give you a call in the next week."So someone els phones my husband on Wednesday the 7th of Feb asking him what exactly is wrong with the ring asking us if we want to have it fixed or replaced. Fedup as we already are we said we dont care we just want a fixed or new ring back you were supposed to give it back to us by last week already. So they said ok no they will phone us if the ring is ready. So another week goes by and a gentalmen gives me a call on Friday the 16th of Feb 2018. He says to me that my ring is ready for collection. So i go to the store on Sunday the 18th of Feb to collect it. I get there and this lady brings out the broken ring. She tells me that the guy wasnt supposed to phone me and that they cant repair it because it is going to cost them to much they will replace it. So the laday says shes sorry about the hassel but she will phone me in 2 days then the ring wil be here form another suppliere in Cavendish squere. So now ive been waiting 3 weeks for my ring already. And im so pistoff. I leave the store onece again empty handed. So Tuesday comes and goes and nobody phones me. I Go on Sunday the 25th again to ask whats going on and where is my ring they said they were going to phone me in 2 days its now a week later. So the lady said she will phone cavendish quickly while im there to ask how long till the ring comes. Whe phones them and they tell her it hasent event left the store.....This is so pathetic. So i left the store again empty handed. She says to me again she will phone me when its here. On Wednesday the 28th of Feb i phone them to speak to the store manager to ask where the hell my ring is. She says she will quickly follow up and phone me back. She phones me back telling me that the ring has still mot left Cavendish. So now she tells me that The ring will be here this Friday the 2nd of March 2018. You know what this is the worst customer service ive ever had this is pathetic.Really do hope that some necessary actions will be taken after this.....Very Disaponted customer......"

Horrible experience. Bought a ring there and was told it could be resized, no problem. Then got told a million different stories from different people about it being resized or specially made. Waited over 2 weeks for a quote to have it custom-made and eventually just returned the ring. Was told we receive the refund in 3-5 working days yet we are still waiting. Absolutely horrible service

Ordered a ring online and collected at the Tygervalley branch. After I got home I saw that the ring was defective and I went back to return it.I was told that a return was possible and I can come back in 3 working days. The manager said he would phone me once the ring was ready, fine by me.So I went back today after I received no call (5 working days). Was told the replacement was never ordered and I can either chose to repair the damaged ring (3 working days supposedly) or get a refund.Very disappointed as this was a anniversary gift for my girlfriend. I proceeded to return the ring for a refund because at this point I no longer trusted American Swiss. Also the staff was very unprofessional and treated like it was no big deal. Won’t go back there ever again.

We went to this outlet today to look at possible ring designs. Taking past experience from other well known shops into consideration, we were not expecting much.One of the Employees, Alison, immediately made us feel welcome. Without asking, she came to us and offered assistance and advise. If we had a question, she had an answer and even offered alternatives.We spent an entire hour trying on rings with different sizes, shapes etc and Alison was there from start to finish with what I can only imagine as a massive smile under her mask, assisting us.This is the definition of TOP CLASS customer service. She is such a gem and a massive asset to this outlet. Thank you Alison!!

Dropped off rings to be resized, was told on Saturday I would get the quote by yesterday or today. Yet I call in wasting my airtime to get told the rings were only collected yesterday.Follwed up a few days later and even though I rejected the quote as it's ridiculously priced, I was told to wait another week to get the rings back.I call in today, 2 days after it was due to arrive for collection, I'm told to wait another 2 days.WTAH? Is going on. Never! Again.Boycott list you go!
