I had a full body hotstone massage, the massage therapist was very pleasant and the decor had a lovely coastal vibe. However, the woman at the reception desk was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The service definitely needs to improve.

My family and I received world-class service at this location, especially from Ms. Angie and Wendy, both of whom went above and beyond to ensure we received every treatment and invoice we asked for... and we asked for a lot! Despite how busy this location is, my family and I were thoroughly impressed with our ability to get same-day appointments and top-notch service from the hardworking ladies at this Mangwanani spa location. Bravo to the staff. We’ll surely return here and recommend this location to others too.

Spur of the moment stop at this beautiful boutique situated in Ushaka. The staff were friendly and accomadating even without an appointment. The airconditioned setting inside is beautiful and serene even though Ushaka is buzzing with excitement outside. The therapists are highly skilled, and our leg massages were heavenly and much needed. Highly recommend this boutique spa.Visited again two weeks later with our mums and sisters.Definitely going back!

First of all the staff was really amazing and helpful, I had the most astonishing experience yesterday, since it was an unexpected visit (surprise). The service was top notch. To my masseuse Samkelisiswe Ntombela, thank you soooooooo much for a lovely relaxing session. She's so great, her hands, the communication, the stones... Everything was totally beautiful. If there were more stars, I'd rate even beyond than five stars. Great quality and professionalism.

I visited Mangwanani for the 60 minutes mani and 60 pedi treatment on Saturday 02 November. The service I received was impeccable. Polite and cheerful staff. My only issue is with the nail polish used itself. Bits of it have chipped on almost all my nails and it hasn't even been a full 48hrs. Not value for money. I am really not happy. Please look into changing your supplier.
