When we asked the person over the phone how much our monthly payments would be, she told us to either come in-store, download the app or simply to call customer service. However when we phoned the branch in town, they simply asked for the phone number and gave us all the necessary details. Bad customer service.

You lost money today. Almost got chased out of the shop, just because I dared to sit at a so called wrong place. Your staff really need to get training on how to deal with clients. Imagine you lose at least clients per day this way or possibly you make enough money and do not care about client service.
