Was a great place, well decorated and the people were very friendly. They did a great job and I got great value for my money. Will definitely be going there again!

I was at the mall and noticed the Shaveton was set up for donations. I've always wanted to donate my hair so I popped into the salon asking if they could assist with cutting my hair for donation and then neating my hair. Not only did they assist., they gave me an amazing haircut. The head massage I received when hair was washed was the cherry on the top. Friendly service. Will definitely visit again.

When I arrived, I stated that I had an appointment, I gave the name and the time it was supposed to be and they looked very confused (I got an SMS confirmation of my appointment) but they sat me down anyway. After 5 minutes someone came to check on me and noticed that I had not been helped yet and the lady informed the person that was supposed to be cutting my hair that I was waiting. She quickly told her current client that she was just going to cut my fringe quickly and she would be back.. Well, she was quick and stood in front of my while cutting my bangs, so I couldn't see a thing. I asked for my bangs to just be connected nicely to the face framing parts of my hair and to just blend it in, instead she cut the face framing parts to match the rest of my bangs, so now I have two incredibly thick curtain bangs that don't blend into anything anymore and they are not what I asked for at all. I felt very hurried along out of there so I barely got to see what they looked like until I got home and saw what a terrible job was done. In order for it to be fixed, I will now have to cut off even more hair to add in face framing to make it look normal. I didn't have thick bangs nor did I want thick bangs, but I was given no choice before she cut away. I'm very upset and hate the way my hair looks.

Stylist was lovely and friendly (Brooke-Lyne) and my hair looked amazing, she made the extra effort which I appreciated!

good day, I've been at the table bay branch since 11am this morning and finished at 5pm. when I got there, I realized the process started was different to what I had requested (a tint instead of highlights) I asked the lady what she was doing and what she explained to me seemed part of the process. I rectified the situation which ended up costing me more than I was quoted (not happy at all about this). after she dried my hair and paying 1200 I left with orange-like roots and my ends were darker than they were before. I cannot express to you how unhappy I am, I am in a wedding next week and you can imagine how embarrassing this is going to be?! also it was a half head of highlights. my hair is darker than what it was before I went in and roots are orange. I have noticed you do not comment of your reviews so I will post this on every platform until I get a response
