Very irritated! How do they justify charging you an additional R27 for a buddy colddrink when you're already paying for a cold drink (you don't take) in the meal option. Won't be supporting KFC again. Mediocre food for which you pay too much.

I ordered food at 6:30, waited 3 hours for my food to be prepared, just to be told 30 minutes before they close that they preparing my order again? They have done this countless times even during the day. The food’s quality is also pathetic, it’s tolerable if it’s the last place open!

I'm a regular customer at kfc winklespruit. Today they gave me 3 chips literally in my bucket for 1. It's disappointing because I usually enjoy my service. But after today I doubt I'll be going back because the chips is usually my favorite thing about kfc!

Staff can be very rude at times.Won't greet or smile and barely audible when talking.There are a few who are actually nice and efficient but it's mostly negative experiences over the last year and a half

I buy my KFC from Winkelspruit now. It is much better than Scottburgh. It's not burnt on the outside, and it's cooked through on the inside. Unlike Scottburgh, where we have complained several times but they don't seem to care.

Best service. Good turnaround time between order placing and pickup. Option of drive through when you do not want to get inside the restaurant.

Good fast. Food facility. The self service module is an interesting addition and there were staff on hand to guide the technologically challenged (myself) through the process. The kitchen was busy so there was a little delay in receiving our order. There is seating, but space is quite limited, not a place that I would choose to eat a sit in meal during the peak service times.Staff were pleasant and helpful, food quality acceptable by franchise standards. No serious complaints. So a thumbs up to the team.

Its okay, just dissipointing when loadshedding is on and they are closed. They should get a generator or even solar. Best time to do business when you know others cant make food at home
