PEP Home Jeffreys Bay Fountains Mall

THIS IS NOT SPECIFICALLY ABOUT PEP HOME JEFFREYS BAY, BUT ABOUT A PRODUCT SOLD BY PEP HOME I recently purchased 4 curtains from Pep Home. What a disappointment! They are so badly sewn that they drawstring on rufflette tape got caught and they coudn't be gathered properly so I had to unpick and resew the tape. I also joined the curtains and shorten them to suit the window size. Because the curtains were badly creased I washed them ( in a duvet cover, on a cold cycle with a little sunlight washing powder and softner). There are now white streaks on the curtains. The curtains have shrunk and the lining looks worn and frayed. Because of having altered then, Pep Home will not permit a return. Be careful when purchasing curtains @PEP HOME. - PEP customer care did contact me after this review and I received a full refund

I went to your humansdorp branch, bought a drink & asked for R200 cash back. I was told by that I HAVE TO buy for R50. No explanation, very rudely said that is the way it is. To top it off tye managernis standing right there! Could this cashier have explained it better? Couldn't the manager have intervened to explain the change instead of doing nothing? Jeez, ever heard of customer service? We are not all SASSA customers, even if we were how judgemental can you be.
