One place that never answers your calls no matter how many times you call them …. I don’t even understand why they have a landline when they won’t even call them, I’m still waiting on my reference for my ring that went in for repairs and still nothing and what makes it worse is that they not answering their calls

the service is very unacceptable , I am not happy at all .I gave one assistant my vouchers to buy a watch and their system took out the money for my vouchers but they didn't give me my watch and they keep on saying they writing emails to the head office .but I don't understand why they don't give my vouchers back if they are unable to help.Now I am wasting lot of money doing follow ups.even today I don't have an answer.100% poor service
