CAR WASH EMPORIUM

Went to get my car washed there on Friday 30/09/2019, no issues, manager friendly and professional and car cleaned up properly. However, the next day Saturday 31/09/2019 around 12h30, my fiancé and I went back to get his car washed....terrible experience with a different manager on duty, a colored guy. First he (my fiancé) tried talking to him (the manager) outside and was ignored, my fiancé thought maybe he didn’t hear. He followed him to the office where the so called manager was chatting (typing) and laughing on his phone, seemingly on Whatapp and continued to ignore a customer while he stood there like a fool. We ended up driving away and found another car wash.

Normally very good however not sure if there’s a management/supervisor changeHaze marks , mags not clean , half wash in some areas , windows not clean, two weeks in a row , I’m the silly one for going back

Took my vehicle to them for a clean on Friday and left it there and collected it about 2 hours later. Not only did they do a lousy job, there's still dust everywhere on the interior panels. They also somehow managed to pull the paint/bodywork off my bumper.I confronted the manager on Saturday morning and got the 'couldn't have been us, sorry' reply. Not sure if he bumped into something or if their pressure hose did the damage.Won't ever take my vehicle there again, neither should you.

One place in Parklands North and Sunningdale where you can get your car properly washed. I wish I could say the same things with other car wash in the area. Keep up the good work @carwashemporium

I was there last weekendThe service was awesome amazing l mean!There is a short guy l can not remember his name ,he is so friendly and kind l will make sure that l will pop in whenever l wanna wash my car .Thanks for an excellent service to you and your workers

I arrived in the wash bay second and at 8:14 am, handed over the keys and went for a gym workout, I was told a hour max. Got back to a car that was just out of the wash bay wet and told by the manager 10min if not sooner than 10 min! 9:58 the tyres were only being washed! I approached the manager and asked him what his definition of 10 min is.. he comes and does a walk around the car and also misses all the dirty spots!The WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!All the employees are on a go slow! They all interested in having to find out who is walking in the street and having their own phat chats, then focusing on getting the cars done!

Probably the best car wash in Parklands. I only take our cars here. The care and attention to detail provided by the staff is clearly evident with every wash.

First time there and was convenient as it was load shedding. Bit expensive and not the best in the area

Worst car wash, I showed them where they must clean when I dropped the car and they just ignored my request. When I went to pick up the car, I complained about it and the manager still had an ignorant attitude towards it. 3 cleaners stood around, the one smoking weed, while I cleaned the spots myself.
