This branch has such a great variety in store.The staff are always friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!The delivery turnaround times and communication are excellent considering it's coming all the way from the warehouse up in Joburg. The delivery gents carry the furniture with care and always have the items wrapped up well.We are so happy with our couches. They are comfortable, of great quality, and look oh so snazzy. Definitely a good long-term investment!

I bought an office chair just over a year ago, so it was already out of warranty when the wheel broke off through no fault of our own. Went to their store to find out whether I can send it in for repairs and because that wasn’t possible, they replaced the item for me. I really appreciate the good service and kindness of their staff and manager.

It took more than a week, multiple phone calls and 2 visits to this @home before I got the gift voucher that I paid for in store. I would have given a 1 star review if I could for @home / TFG as a whole, because of multiple poor experiences but that wouldn't be fair on this specific store. @home Customer service on the phone cannot help at all in resolving issues, they always force you back to the store, even after they have sent you delivery emails that contain this exact contact number. Big mess up with our gift registry when they decided to close the registry service 2 days before our wedding. Poor communication and it takes forever to resolve any of the multiple issues that have come up in separate purchases. Still waiting for a furniture delivery from the Canal Walk branch 2 days after the sheduled delivery day and even the store cannot get a hold of the distribution centre. While customer service" cannot assist because I purchased it in store. My perception of @home and TFG is that their company is either using broken systems to run the business or the people don't know how to use the systems. Multiple times I've been told "the system doesn't allow me to". Rather go to Yuppiechef - I've had very few problems with them and when there's an issue their customer service personnel are actually equipped to resolve it in a reasonable time frame (meaning on the day and not multiple days or weeks)."

I applied for credit at your store at willowbridge to purchase a Dining room table on the 24th of Desember 2017. Not a phone call, sms or email from you. Every time i go the the store they tell me they are busy with the app. I am very disappointed in your services. I think i must rather go and buy somewhere else where the service is better. i would like to give no stars but i need to give one to post my story

Phones do not get answered.... Called 3 times to find out if the Breville caraffe I ordered from Willowbridge to get it from the Somerset Mall has arrived. Ordered it on 9 November, today is the 18th and still not caraffe. We even offered to pay the R50 delivery fee.I was in the shop on Friday, 13 November, no one really knew if it was ordered, one lady finally decided to assist me and I was told it's in transit. My question is.... Is it being transported via Johannesburg??? Very disappointed.

A smart and trendy selection of furniture and homeware. This is a lovely place to simply come and browse. I come here to dream and redesign my house in my mind. Sadly many of the items are over-priced.

It's spacious with peace of mind. It doesn't have much congestion. Customers are attended with love. You visit there you're get much time to yourself to choose what you want. A very good place to visit.

Had to exchange a birthday gift without a slip. The Willowbridge team in Cape Town assisted in a professional and friendly manner. Vaughn, the ladies behind the counter and manageress, you guys are amazing!! Thank you! I'll sure be back!
