Service is very slow, and the guy who served me seemed new at the job and didn't know much. HOWEVER if it's a speciality tool or something out of the ordinary that you want, you won't be disappointed. Had been to EIS , Just Tools and Builders, they couldn't help. But Drakewoods. No problem. I'm guessing that they don't focus on walk in customers which is a pity.Anyway I walked out with what I needed.
