1) Maximum cancels services2) Does not advise how to cancel services3) Eventually email is supplied (telephonically) - We cancel services4) We confirm that services is cancelled (telephonically). Maximum advises the received cancellation email and all debit orders are cancelled.5) They remove their receiver from our home.6) Next day - Debit order amount is deducted from our account.7) SO NO SERVICES BUT TAKING MONEY IS OK?????QUITE SURE all call were recorded for security purposes... So go and check Maximum.

My alarm was triggered during load shedding on the 19th of September 22. The lady who called was extremely rude and dropped the phone in my ear. I do not know what is happening in your company but You need to step up your game because you are failing to protect my family and home, 24/7 from bad guys!

I canceled one of the alarm systems on my farm in November22. Radio was removed back then. The debit order was still running end March23! No response to phone messages; No response to email. No response following a complaint that I put to one of the company's technicians. What must I do next?

I would recomend their service accross the north. They are responsive and caring. Their officers are friendly and well mannerd and they know what they are doing. I have been using their services now for a good few years and no body has come close to them. Sometimes they get busy and their response seems long but i do understand i am not their only client.

Worst service ever!!! Alarm went of it took maximum 25 min to drive 3km it took me 10 min to drive 11 km. Although they had a remote they didn't even bother going in and check. One door was broken open maximum only said sorry...... Eventually cancelled with them and then arranged for the radio to be removed, they took the hypp as well that i baught when i phoned them their reply with an attitude was sorry will see tomorrow...worst customer service. End of the day they don't care at all about your or your family safety!!!!Proven

During the last two weeks the alarm went off twice in a building on our premises during the evening hours. Luckily it was a false alarm, but both times Maximum Security personnel arrived without a remote control to open our electric gate (I had handed over a new remote to the first team) and both times the teams consisted of new staff members who had no clue of the layout of our smallholding and where to check for a possible security breach. I am truly very concerned about the effectiveness of such security services in the event of a real emergency.

I will never trust Maximum Security in Pretoria Wonderboom with my house or life. Ask them why. Another thing today. Stop asking my ex husband what he uses to go to work with. He don't have the money to pay you for the petrol so you can pick him up, one reason because you took away R2600 from his salary, and now he has to use his bicycle or walk. The car is mine, not his, so please stop asking him about it, and leave my car out if it. You know who you are. Don't know what happened to this Security Company. Promised overtime but there is non for their workers that need it so much.
