Highly disgusted with what we got and what we paid for.From invoice it can be clearly seen that we ordered Hake and Calamari combo.We were forced to upgrade and pay for medium hake, whereas we ordered small hake with the combo.No Calamari but fish bites". See 2nd photo. Surely you should tell a Customer if you do not have Calamari and are going to substitute this.My medium hake was totally overcooked

Horrible stale food. Rice for family platter is not even enough for one person and ittasted like plastic. Chips was like oven chips that is more than a day old. What a waste of money and a rip off. Never again. Fish aways is just not worth it ever again and the quality is shameful.

Most terrible service I received yesterday, I placed online. When I got there the lady was on a personal call I had to give her a look for her to snap out. Mentioned I ordered online, I need to pay to the second lady rudely saying to me orders takes 12-15 minutes. I'm like fine I'll wait, after a go 25 min with my son crying for hunger only one meal of the 3 same kind of meal is out. Then they don't apologize rather they blame the screen but order is clear 3 meals. Guess what I waited for yet another 20min and I received the most dry fish, most greesy onion rings and chips. That was most terrible service I ever received from fish aways MENLYN. Both the people and the food.

One thing that I love about the place is the positive energy that I'm getting from Wendy and Mpho, they are always kind and nice.I'm always passing by to say hi. Food is just a cherry on top but the service is one thing that feeds my soul.Keep up the good work guys
