Absolutely pathetic service, no ethics in the manner in which they deal with clients. I spoke to Savy on Monday, we made an appointment for Tuesday at 11:30am, we had our staff member go out to the property and wait for over 1hour, there was no courtesy call to say that they were unable to go out, yet we had gone out from central Durban to phoenix. I made an appointment for the next day which we were delayed, we were informed that their electrician waited for over 45min for our driver to get to the property, after we found out from the neighbors it turned out this electrician wasn’t even there for 10min and he left, so apart from having an unethical approach to customers they also don’t tell the whole truth about things.I then made another appointment with Vijay, who agreed to 2pm today, I called him at 1:30pm to remind of the appointment and he mentioned that he is aware and had it noted, at 2:05pm I get a call from our estate agent who was waiting at the property and no electrician was around, I called Vijay again, he said he will be at the house in the next 10 minutes, I get a message from the agent at 2:20pm, as no on arrived and she was still waiting alone at the property for the electrician, I then called Vijay and there was no answer, we probably called him around 5x with no response.I eventually called Savy on their land line to let her know that our agent was waiting for the past 30min, and she had the worst attitude ever, she told me “well there is nothing that can be done if he is delayed” and that they were doing us a favor by going out, clearly she does not know what a favor is, as we were paying for their services, also she mentioned that no one wanted to give us a certificate which was not the case, we had an electrician who had gone out prior but was only able to do the work over the weekend, which we could not do. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and she was literally screaming at me over the phone, at this point one of my co-workers tried Vijays number again, low and behold he answered and my co-worker heard a lady screaming in the background….turns out Vijay did not leave his shop to come out to attend to the work, he lied that he was on the way and left our agent (a female) to wait at the property alone for over 30min.Extremely unprofessional and uncouth behavior.

Bought an extension cable of 25 metres on Saturday.. Paid R140... When I took it home to use.. The cable blew up.Took it back today to explain n return or exchange the cable.. Gosh.. What pathetic response from the Indian lady that ws behind da counter... I was so upset with her attitude.. Disgusting. I jus left the cable there n told her to repair it n sell it to another customer.. No decency to approach the customer n resolve this problem. She can hav da R140 as a gift from me..
