I like the convenience of the fact that its inside the mall and that should make my life easy but no,there's is never trolleys in this shop (Shoprite Masingita Mall) i end up having to go to the other shoprite because i can't carry all my groceries in my hands as they are heavy, shoprite Masingita mall please do something, other than that,the shop is clean and pleasant to at.

The queues are always too long.and the supermarket being the only one at the mall it's unbearable to stand in the queues for ever.Yet there are many teals not in use.

The service is becoming poor by day...the workers do not have proper training. Even worse, they do not know how to anticipate busy times. It is not good idea to go there during the festive...the shop runs with few tellers even when it is busy times...clearly there's no good management.
