Placed an order on the 11th of November. Called in on the 16th of November, was told they'd get back to me. Called in a week later & was told they do not have stock of the item. I requested a full refund & the funds were deposited into my account. The 5 star rating is for the efficiency with which the matter was dealt with. It's a pity they didn't have what I ordered.

Most shocking customer service I’ve ever experienced from an online store. I’ve emailed requesting feedback I never receive a response. Waiting on a refund for more than two weeks and there is no communication as to when it will be resolved. Very poor service delivery.Still no refund for delivery received, almost a month later, very disappointing.

Ordered my item on 13 April and paid for it. Heard nothing since. No response to my emails yet and no reply to my online query. I need this item by Saturday and my hope is fading fast. Shame on you for such poor customer service!

Love the products. Excellent delivery time (within 2 days to Durban) Customer service is good either by phone calls or they respond within a day to emails. Will definitely use your products again.Received a broken mug in the delivery and got another one without any hassle, thank you so much

I cannot believe how pathetic these people are at answering the phone or replying to emails. I have only got through to them once after phoning ten times over the last three weeks. Email wise, they are also extremely extremely slow to answer.The worst part is that I have ordered a personalized mug to be made for my boyfriend within a specific time period (before he left for Germany) so that I could give it to him for his birthday. The mug has not arrived yet and it is 7 days after someone from the gift factory told me it would arrive tomorrow. :(Why can they not just be honest and ANSWER their phone or one of my many emails to ask if something is wrong with my order. This has been a very disappointing experience for me, after an initially positive interaction when they said they could send me the item which I wanted. In summary, I would suggest that people not use them and that perhaps they should really think about what they are aiming for as a company.

AVOID!! DO NOT USE!! Shocking Service, placed an order for a retirement gift for a cherished colleague. After being lied to twice about when the product ( 1 x flasks and 1 x travel mug) each with a different message) would be delivered, when it was finally delivered we received an exceptionally poor quality product, the engraving was actually printing on the product, the product was packed while the ink was still wet so it smudged, they printed the wrong message on the wrong container, and the containers were not as advertised. After complaining, when I want to send the product back and get my money refunded, they say we will phone you back, but never do, They no longer answer the phone and do not respond to mails! Needless to say, No refund received!! To be Avoided!

Please do not order from this unprofessional company. I ordered a chopping board from One Day Only and it took them 3 weeks to send my voucher (the advertised time frame was 2 working days) and this was after I sent multiple compliants to One Day Only. I have been trying to contact them for the past week to no avail. I have still not received my order and based on the reviews I am expecting yet another disappointing outcome. Please do no waste your money ordering from this establishment.

If you want peace of mind and timely delivery, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I am absolutely mortified at the level of customer disrespect. No communication with customers whatsoever. Either the phone is never picked or it goes to voicemail and they don't respond to emails. It's been 10 days since I placed and paid for my order and no word from the company on the progress of the order or delivery date. I'm NEVER purchasing from you people again!!

Decpite the fact that the branding on the items look good. I had to wait a MONTH for my delivery first they didn't have stock then their systems were offline. After eventually receiving my order part with of the order was not delivered. I phoned directly after receiving my order to ask about the missing stuff, and their respond with it was an accident. It will be shipped on the Monday. A week later after sending numerous emails with no response I phoned again to ask when will I receive my order, and their response o we forgot

I made the mistake of not checking their google reviews and rushed my purchase as i was late with Christmas gift shopping. Order placed on the 17th and called to confirm if delivery can be done by the 24th and was told Yes it will be. Their telephone number worked right up until the 20th of December and since then its been on voice mail and i have tried to contact them everyday since. Emails comms worked as well however i have not recieved any response since the 20th and again i have sent mails daily. I have even sent a message on their facebook page. What is going on here????
