We had a terrible experience with this travel agent. Our flight got canceled upon return from Mauritius and no one bothered to notify us. ( even after checking with the operator the day before) The hotel simply checked us out and transferred us to the airport not saying anything about the canceled flight and only to learn about it on arrival at the airport. We phoned the travel agent who simply handed us over to the airline after we spent nearly 5 hours at the airport with a grumpy 2 year old. The airline booked us into the shabbiest hotel on the other side of the island at we hat to spend the evening in a dump.We would have happily paid another night at our original hotel to avoid this situation, but due to lack of care the agent didn’t even offer up the option. The worst is I have another contact in the industry who said they did flag a warning 2 days before that the flights may be affected, surely they could have warned us about this so we could make a decision based on the circumstances.Rather book with Beachcomber or another agent. Avoid if possible.

Had the most special time of my life at this fine establishment. Highly recommended.
