This is the worst place i have ever eaten at in years!! The staff were very friendly but the food left much to be desired. I ordered a double cheese burger and my husband a plate of ribs and wings. The burger was just mediocre and had no flavour, the chips tasted old. The ribs were so fatty and had the worst smell, as if someome had burnt offals. There was no ginger garlic seasoning on it. The fat was still in thick white blocks on the rib. The wings still had hair on it. We literally left all of the ribs behind paid for our meal and walked out without even an apology from the owner/ manager who was there at the time. I will never eat at this establishment again!!!

It is halal. The paid undercover parking is convenient. The atmosphere was nice but the music was a bit loud. There was lots of choice on the menu I felt. The restaurant does get busy closer to 20:00. The food was good but i have had better. The lime milkshake was not impressive, the syrup was almost like dishwashing liquid. The price was very surprising to me. The food is filling so you should be full in the end. The pricing is too expensive and to the extent that I don't think I will waste my money in the future. Keep in mind it is a good place to eat.

Milkshake was good. Chilli fries were good. Ordered a chicken burger, it was tasty but unfortunately it was cold. Two of our buns were stale. The wings were good. Our waiter was friendly and always checked if we were fine. Certified halaal by NIHT.

The experience of dining our at this establishment was not a good experience. It is supposed to be a family restaurant, however the music was so loud that it felt you were in night club. There was a group of people that added to the noise. There was constant requests for the music to be turned down which did not yield any results. As a result the dining experience was not nice. With regards to the food the burger patties were not great. I had better meals else where.As an outsider on holiday, I doubt I will recommend this restaurant or will return.,

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of Rocomamas Oceans Mall. It is way better than the Florida branch. Very clean and neat. Happy that's it's also halaal! Service was good. Drinks were good. The food however was not. My husband and I make really great burgers at home and our standards are quite high. Our burgers are 11 out of 10. These burgers were a 5 out of 10. Lacked a lot of flavour. The patty was really bland and did not taste like quality meat. The sauce in the burger was delicious but unfortunately there was so very little which made the burger really dry. I just feel like burgers are so easy to do. Instead of doing so many toppings, focus on the flavour and quality of the patty, make sure the bun is nice and toasted and add enough sauce or even provide the customer with the option of ordering extra sauce on the side. I would gladly pay for this. I also don't understand why chip portions are so big. You could actually serve a smaller portion of chips and I would still pay the same price. You would make more money if you had less options on the menu and served quality meals. We make smash burgers from scratch at home all the time. Our own mince and sometimes even the buns and we spend half the money and are twice more satisfied! The burgers in the pictures are our homemade burgers. And we don't even mind the clean up after because the meal is amazing. Beats going out any day!

Poor experience. Constantly interrupted whilst having a meal. Felt pressured to leave by the staff. The waitress was rude. I was eating my chips after my burger and the waitress wanted to clear the table. She asked if I want to take it home, when I was clearly still eating. Try the gateway the branch, much more friendlier.

The worst restaurant I have ever visited. The service was non existentant, we had to wait to request for menus and follow around the waitress to get menus and even requested drink menus.Had to relocate tables coz the aircon didn't seem to be working and moved to a dirty table with left overs still on the table. We were told repeatedly that they are coming to clean up the table but took a while to even come. Food arrived and served on a dirty table.

Great roco mamas.The food was fresh, hot and tasty.Variety of options.Extremely friendly staff.The atmosphere was decent.Overall probably the best roco mamas in Durban.Also they're halaal

Service was lacking , we were seated down and not attended too until the manager came to check up , we ordered our meals , our starter got to our table we weren't given side plates or sauces .. we asked our waiter and got a oily side plate... we then ordered main meals one burger was soggy and unedible ,my additional sauce was missing and came later on .. The manager tried her best to rectify the situation but unfortunately the experience was not up to standard. Being loyal customers of rocomamas we visit other restaurants regularly and oceans mall did not reach expectations.
