Worst customer service ever, I will never recommend anyone to sign up for this, it’s almost 3 weeks now since I’ve applied for installation and when I consult the the receptionist tells me she can refund me if I want. I’m so disappointed the service is very bad

Waiting period for connection is ridiculous, they cant tell you how far you are on their list or a realistic number of days you have to wait to get installation. so between the 1 and 15th days you must be sitting at home waiting for them if they decide to come

Polite and neat service, problem is a waiting period, if you can have option that we pay and pick immediately that will able to deal with volumes of people in waiting

I literally can’t do anything with the WiFi during the night , all I can do is send WhatsApp messages and receive..only works fine early mornings

Terrible service, I highly not recommend it to anyone, I'm currently actively seeking a replacement. If I don't get any replacement then I'll be their competitor. The network is off and the support is useless, you contact them and they don't respond. I recently told them that the network is not working and I was told to pay for labor and KM travelled by technicians. Are we not paying for that particular service also? When I pay for relocation services it is understandable but network issue is bullsheet.

When they install the equipment they don't explain to customers that they are selling the equipment and offering network service. Meaning that once they install the equipment the customer take full ownership. You will only hear about that when you experience network problem.When you call them they will start telling you about cost that were not explained during installation. Are person who cares about their business or their customers will explain or give all relevant information to customers during the signing of a contract.
