After my complaint on my previous review, they gave me a free replacement meal.- Original Review: 1/5 -Bought one of their specials - crunchy hake, chips, onion rings and coleslaw. I didn't receive any coleslaw.How hard can it be to get a customer's order correct? Your only job is to take an order and make sure it is correct before handing to the customer.

I always order from this fish aways. The lady at the till is very friendly and pleasant. The quality of the food is always decent and enjoyable. However this evening I ordered a spicy seafood pot and the prawns were not deveined it was a total put off. Is this normal at fishawaysfor the prawns to not be deveined?
