If I could give no star I would.The most horrible, inefficient staff I have ever come across.Helen Joseph was an anti Apartheid activist.It is truly sad that this name is associated with this hospital.Staff think they are doing you a favour by helping you, appalling behaviour and rudeness.The toilets are all locked with padlocks and can only be accessed by staff. Ridiculous.On arrival out patients are herded into a tent outside the building in the winter cold.Is this our constitutional right to be treated as sub human?

Helen joseph hospital i can trully say they can not prioritze their patients it takes aprox 1 hour to help patient with minor emergencies in my opinion patient wait waste their hole day just for a minor check up many people could have been home an rested for work and recover soon their merhods are not up to date patient on foto have been waiting since the morning 7 o'clock its already 01:00 the next morning i have been waiting 5 hours on a 1 hour waiting list
