Booked a session for 4 at Radisson Blu Kempton Park. The treatment itself and therapists were wonderful. The experience was dimmed by failure to check for my proof of payment prior to my arrival, despite me submitting this as required, and receiving an email confirmation in return. Being held back to resend a proof of payment straight after receiving a relaxing treatment left a bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest improving your online booking system and payment follow up methods to align with the international name you have attached yourselves to, as this would further compliment the spa services you render.
