Unfortunately over priced and I really did not appreciate that the 10% service fee was already included, seeing that the waiter made a mistake with the order by bringing a large milkshake rather than a kiddies milkshake. She just pulled up her shoulders when I asked if the milkshake is going to be the kiddies price. I would've liked to make up my own mind about the service fee.Also, to ask R140 for the Green Olive pizza is absolutely riduculous.

Fresh and delicious food. Friendly service. Outside seating available. Unfortunately smokers at the adjacent table spoiled the experience. Local South African dishes like pap in a potjie, kaiings and boerewors on the menu. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay R30 extra when I requested Ciabatta instead of white bread, as toasted sandwiches are already not cheap. Nor the fact that there was a charge for the buffet breakfast for 6 people added to our bill and when I requested a new bill with our correct charges it was met with excuses. A 10% tip charge is automatically added to the bill, which lifts eyebrows. More so, when a tip is based on how the patron experiences the service. This tip was too added to my takeaway bill and again R30 per sandwich added for Ciabatta.

Menu was quite interesting and reasonably priced. My choice of baguette with salami, figs, and olives was delicious and my friends quiche and chips was good. Our waitress was most accomodating as we took our time in ordering.Garden area could be more interesting.. The ceramic place nextdoor is a bonus for a family outing and the nursery too. All in all a very pleasant place to visit .

Can be busy and doesn't always get to everyone, but managent will assist and always support thay staff if getting to busy. If you do it for mother's day or special days. Please book in advance.

We love this little restaurant! Seating is outside, very nice during the summer months in the shaded area. Their food is delicious and they make a good cup of coffee. They have a good selection of sandwiches, burgers, pizza etc. We usually take our dog with us and do a little stroll through the nursery before going for a tasty brunch. Definitely recommend them!

Never had a bad experience here, visit regularly. Food slightly higher price bracket, but always good. Definitely try the Turkish delight milkshake!

We had the best dining experince at Green Olive today. A big thank you to the best waiter, Tato Mahlangu and a special thank you to Timothy Bube, the chef behind the amazing breaksfast we had. He even wrote down tips on how to make my flapjacks! Then Kevin, thank you for having us. Such a great experience!

Lovely place and friendly staff. The quality of food is good with a nice selection to choose from.I absolutely adore restaurant’s with a wood oven for pizza’s but one thing I do not appreciate is when the toppings are hidden under the under the cheese like how the franchise Pizza Perfect does it. Perhaps it’s not the case but I feel like it’s a technique to skimp on toppings.The staff are friendly but expect slow service, perhaps this is because they are aware of the fact that their tip is already included in the bill.Regardless, the environment is relaxing and peaceful.Note: they have a play area and smoking areas are also available.
