I am definitely not happy with your service.Today is the 3rd time i received notification that my parcel is out for delivery in the next 2 days.Do you people think i just sit around at home? Some of us actually have to work.This will be the last time supporting smaller businesses, because of this.

Were concerned when I say the reviews on Google, but they had competitive pricing, so took a chance. Unfortunately didn't pay off. Damaged parcel received on the other side, with no accountability taken by the company.

I have used their service to deliver medicine but it never showed up. It was marked as delivered yet no one even tried to contact me.They sent me an SMS with a pin to give the delivery driver, but clearly the drivers can mark a package as delivered without the pin - begging the question as to what the PIN is there for if not a false sense of security.

Our normal tendency is to complain bitter when there's a problem, but we very seldom compliment companies when they have done a good job. Well done Internet Express, great service, picked up in JHB on Tuesday, delivered Thursday and a friendly driver too.Thank you.

I called to inquire about my package which had just arrived in Cape Town and would ordinarily then be delivered the following day, Yolanda said please hold while I see what I can do - the package was delivered within an hour! Great service, she also followed up - such a personal touch and professional lady, appreciated.Internet Express never disappoints!

Still not received my package - Second day track and trace says Out for Delivery" but no-one shows up and no driver is phoning before (as discussed with the lady from CPT hub I talked to this morning)

I've been waiting for my package the whole week it's another week now still nothing from the CPT branch. This is highly unprofessional. No contact has been made with me. There is no way of contacting the branch all the contact numbers I have don't work. I don't even know this courier service I've never even heard of them. I don't know why the seller used them. I'm highly disappointed. If I could give them a zero I would. A package that was sent overnight takes more than a week to reach the owner. What is that? Hayi man.
