visiting ours sucks, we have to ask other people to do that for us if we are working 9-5 they need to improve that party, being treated like kids we need some freedom already alcohol isnt allowed in the premises at towers come on guys ya'll can do better

They have poor service. Only a 2 lifts a working and when you need assistance with the lift of goods they take more than a hour. They don't even worth the 1 star rating. This place is the pits. What's the use of giving me the email address, I sent and email to 3 people even forwarded it to remind them and no one replied. I had to physically go to the reception.

My stay at City life has been thee best experience. Their monthly rental is very affordable for the services that they offer which is uncapped Wi-Fi and free dstv channels. The environment is very clean. City Life staff offer good quality service.

Please please change to face identification security system this fingerprint system is so outdated you guys are the biggest accomodation in the city but you'll are just failing to keep up and move with the trend lets leave the cold water, the new lifts storey you've been preaching for over 4 years now escalators that cant work for 3 days atleast, one must be jammed or both jammed problem. Change the fingerprints system because our visitors never want to visit us again because of that system you can change all your fingers and still never get in or out meanwhile you are late and its so frustrating and embarrassing. Guy was right you guys remind us everyday that we are poor

Wouldn’t recommend or advise any one around me to live in that place I was so mistreated and kicked out. I went there to look for a place to stay after I left the place for 3 years and they accepted me back and I payed R5150 for March after 7 days I was forced to move out because my roommate was terminated in 2020… okay I understood their concerns and they had promised to refund me my money back but they will deduct money for the 7 days, we didn’t have a problem with that, what surprised me is that I was refunded R3050 how do I pay R2100 for 7 days??? Now we have to look for another place and we only have R3050… where?

Disorganised staff and systems. Machine is R20 per load and always has a problem and you never get your refund. The customer service people don’t know their job. Sometimes there is random construction noise with no notice. Rent constantly increasing with no improvement. You rent the place but they treat you like it’s charity rooms. Was overcharged rent and the receptionist saw her mistakes but proudly said nothing could be done. They make you sign lease but never send it to you, you only know the rules the time you are getting fined.
