Their older menu always great - first time with their dim sum it was ok but would not choose again - would stick to their original dishes

I placed an Uber Eats order at 5:20pm with the the indication that it would arrive no later than 18:00. It was a priority order that I paid an extra amount for. Then the deliver time changed to 18:15. And then 18:45. It’s now close to 7pm and I can’t get hold of the restaurant when I try to call. I understand that we all have off days, but this has been a very disappointing experience because there’s been no communication, and I feel for the poor Uber driver who has had to wait so long. Whether the food is amazing is now besides the point, I don’t trust the service of this business and they need to do better, especially considering that their prices are higher relative to other restaurants in the category. You’ve lost a customer.

Disgusting soup! Fake chicken soup with seaweed. I had to throw it out.
