I have received great service initially with them repairing my laptop the same day. Windows and Office packages were loaded. The next day Windows requested to be activated. However I have not received my product licence keys from them. I requested this and were told it will be sent right away. Nothing has been received till now.It has almost been 2 weeks with no correspondence or feedback. My calls and Whatsapp messages are getting ignored.I would be happy to update my review if I get a reply.

Had to pay upfront for a battery replacement.Work was done at his house(the store closed).Battery would not charge and Jaco said he will reorder and let me know when it will be available.He never phones back.You will always have to phone him.I phoned after weeks of waiting.Still no battery for my laptop.He does not respond to whatsapp of voice calls anymore.Terrible service.
