The staff were friendly and professional. They gave an estimate beforehand that was near spot on to the actual price. I had many things that needed fixing and they repaired all of them on the same day. I’ll be taking my car back for future services.

These guys go above and beyond with their Service Excellence and ensuring a fantastic Client Experience. I had a difficult issue with my BMW 328A and they ensured it was repaired, checked and inspected with the result that the car drives like a Boeing 737!Robert the Manager is outstanding and no issue or problem can't be resolved 110%!They have a client for life because of their ethical and high morals of doing business.A definite 11/10!!!!! This branch will try to con you, especially regarding brakes, this is my story, but if you read other review you'll see this is a common theme at this branch.They wanted to replace the discs, I refused as they were still new. Got the car back and all of a sudden my brakes are screaching. Took it to another branch and they discovered the new brake pads are installed skew so that it would cause a squeel. Do not use these con artists.

Took my car in for brake pad replacement. Came back with an R11000 quote. I didn't want to go ahead and was still charged a R620 diagnostic fee to tell me exactly what my car's computer could tell me. Pretty sure they're taking advantage of people. Got my brakes fixed for R1400 elsewhere.
