It's sad to have to wait 12 months for a few parcels and then to have a worker at the post Office return all parcels. There was No first or second notice slips. They usually send a SMS which was also not sent. Guess my number on all 3 parcels was illegible. I collect all post at least every second week. I am dumb founded. Thanks SAPO for nothing. You are nothing more than a thief. I will not be renewing a corrupt post box.

I had never experienced such great service at a Post Office until I went to renew my vehicle licence in June 2020. Wonderful staff and great service. Please keep up the good work.

Excellent service at this branch. Heila at counter 1 is very friendly and she helped me a lot with postal orders while other branches could not help me. Doornpoort post office staff is obviously the best there is. They are worth their gold

Unfriendly. Greeted to aggg!" 2 days in a row when I walked in for certification. If you don't like your job then don't do it. But don't complain out loud and make the company look bad and customers feel bad."
