1. Some staff members are unprofessional and not friendly, they couldn't care less about being there. They act as if they are doing you a favour, forgetting you pay to attend the gym.2. There's a gym contact number, no one will pick it up. The whatsapp number no one will reply.3. Compared to what you pay R400pm you can get way more value somewhere else. This gym is small, and some machines are broken and fixed with cellotape.4. They close on Sundays. And close their doors early during the week meaning if it's 6:45pm and they close at 7pm, they ask you to leave the gym. Meaning at 6:50pm only staff must be in the gym!

For the fees that you’ll pay you might as well go to virgin active.R400 for month to month but if you decide to skip any month you’ll pay R650.And when you asked why you being charged again they’ll tell you it’s an admin/signup fee because they want consistent clients. You literally have packages why do you even have a month to month option.Too expensive to use your facilities especially because you barely have any equipment.Daylight robbery
