Excellent service from Thembi. Xciter also stocks On Cloud running shoes. I have been looking for a Hoka Clifton 8 in size 5 everywhere. I phoned various stores. After driving to these stores only to find they actually don't have stock. My husband enquired via the Website we got an immediate response. And Thembi actually had stock. I got to test them out on the treadmill as well which was excellent. Thembi knows her running shoes. Awesome experience in every way.

Friendly... But no common shoe sizes. I asked for 5 different shoes. None of them they had in 11 or 12... They order if you commit, not to try / test :/

I purchased a treadmill Runn Smart Treadmill Sensor from Xciters online store. It was cheaper than anywhere else, the transaction was seamless and i took delivery only a couple days later. 5/5 - Would recommend!

Ordered a pair of On Cloud shoes and told it would be delivered in 1 week, details written down in an order book. Had to call 2 weeks later and no recollection of my order. Poor customer service

It was my second time visiting the Xciter store, this time I wanted to get new Shimano Hoods for my bike. They didn’t have them in stock but they were able to place an order and I was able to get my hoods within 2 days. The staff is very friendly and will always help find a solution to all your cycling needs. It’s not an overwhelmingly big store so you’re to get help the minute you step inside the store.

Terrible service. Ordered and paid for a children's balance bike through their website. No confirmation of the order received. I had to phone them for an update only to be informed that they don't have any stock of the balance bike I ordered and paid for. I requested a refund, and again, received no confirmation that its being processed nir have I received my money back. Terrible terrible service.

1) i don't do reviews due to time constraints 2) service delivery is non existing in almost every business vertical in this country so why bother- till i have placed an order with these guys what an absolute pleasure and professional outfit they are , getting a step by step update through the entire process - well done and keep it up!!
