Absolutely amazing service provided for my BMW. The service technician and the owner took such care from beginning to end in servicing my car. I was provided consistent updates while my car was being serviced and quoted accurately for the work being done in comparison to other related competitors being BMW itself (same parts, better service).I highly recommend this business over any others.

Told on the phone price would be X...went to collect the car and the price somehow shot up by R700. When asked why we weren't informed of additional costs before hand, had a shrug of the shoulders. Will never take my car back.

I've been dealing with these guys for the last 7 years. They've worked on multiple cars. Peter always ends up doing work without asking permission. I sent my car in to find a fault. He calls me to tell me he is disabling the immobilizer and then I'll just have to get a new one fitted. I agree to this. I get a quote from another company for a full new immobilizer and alarm including fitment for R2900inc vat. This was nearly 2 weeks ago. Now I get a call this morning, oh the car is back and it's costing me R6600inc vat??? I never gave him permission to send the car in. He never gave me a quote before sending the car in. This is not how you do business. This is the 3rd time that something like this has happened.

Most pathetic mechanic ever quotes you and before even agreeing to price starts working on your car this was reported to Motor ombudsman and it was dragging for 2 years . I Won't even take my bicycle to this man to be repaired turns a petrol car into a diesel car
