Stayed there for sometime. Well run establishment. Close to Long Street, Kloof Street.Walk through the Company Gardens to Adderley street .... so close.Large pool ..... Exhausted after 10 lengths ie good length serious swimmers.The garden is well kept ..... they have there own natural water supplyFinally, personal service is what it is all about...

Amazing Place, central,great Wifi, clean and well decorated, but best part is service from Belinda and her team who are always so happy to help. Borehole for pool and soon to be showers is great with Cape Towns draught...always enjoy staying there, which is why I keep coming back.

This building with studio's and appartments is a wonderfull place in Cape Town Just oppositie the Company Gardens. I cannot understand why only 1 star is confirmed. I can give 4 stars, even 5 stars for this accomodation with super services, a nice Garden with a swimming pool. Nice vieuws over the Tabel Mountain and garden. We like to stay there and sure we will come back.

Perfect location for exploring Cape Town. Safe and secure apartments with underground car park and 24 hour security. We have stayed here twice and the apartment have all been recently ungraded . They are light, airy and modern. There is well maintained private gardens with pool.

This is by far the best apartment my husband and I have stayed at.Great location, very central to great restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean with beautiful views and free WiFi. Great personal service, we immediately felt at home.

We have stayed in Cape Breaks 3 times in the last six months. Very well located, everything is a walking distance. Great view of Table Mountain and just in front of Company's Garden. Two blocks from Long Street. Very clean and the owners are very helpful. We also enjoyed the pool.

Wonderfully central location. With in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The company gardens is just across the street. Management is friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. We have stayed a number of times in many different flats and have been more than satisfied with each one. Everything you need to self-cater. Linens are of high quality and the flats are clean and well maintained. Will definitely be going back.

It is always great to stay right in the centre of a city and Cape Breaks is in the centre. Easy access to Museums, walking distance to lots of interesting places, close to awesome bars and good foodspots.Clean,secure apartments with great views and free wifi. Personal service is amazing.
