Very dissapointed. I cheched your website and it states that you are OPEN. I drove all the way there just to find a note on your door saying that you are closed. Do you like to wase other people's time?

Made an appointment with them to give me a qoute on Thursday, 22nd of March at 16:00. I had to take half day at work to be at home in time. Got their, no one pitched. Tried phoning them but no answer. Today it's the 26 th of March and still no word from them. If that is the service they provide, I will rather pay more. Atleast I will get service elsewhere.

I was referred to Boston Blinds by a family member since I always used a lady from Brackenfell for all my blinds and thought it good to finally give Boston Blinds a chance. I ordered 5 blinds in total, actually need more but first wanted to see how it goes. Order went smoothly and I gave them the sizes etc. I do self install, its way to easy to still pay someone. Blinds arrived and I immediately saw a difference in quality from what I used to. That's fine, can live with that. Then realised two of the blinds had missing parts....took me few tries to explain the situation. One of the blinds also seems skew when you work the mechanism, nothing I can do to fix it as it looks like an internal fault when you adjust the blind. Long story short, I cannot recommend this company if you going to do the installation yourself. They don't cater for people who just want the product, they rely on their installation service to fix whatever they find wrong onsite. Now in 2022, you cannot operate like that. You have to know your product well enough so to trust that whoever makes it, sends a complete faultless product, which the customer can then install without difficulty. I find this very problematic, it doesn't work for me. It was nice trying a different company, but it was a fail for me.
