I rented from the Developer mr Fulvio de Stefanis. Notwithstanding that a exit inspection was concluded in July 2022. I have yet to receive a refund of my deposit paid to him. He has undertaken to make payment on numerous occasions and now simply ignores my emails and phone calls

It's a residential area, a complex it's safe quiet. They have Guinea fowl birds as part of the complex I don't have photos yet to share
